1. Registration Fee Policy

Any registration / application fee paid on this portal is generally non-refundable once the payment is successfully completed. Paying the fee does not guarantee job selection or hiring.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. Payment confirmation is subject to the final status received from Cashfree.

3. Failed / Pending Payments

In case your payment fails or remains pending, please do not make multiple repeated payments. Some transactions may take time to update due to bank or network delays.

• If the payment fails, the amount (if deducted) is usually auto-reversed by the bank/UPI provider.
• Reversal timelines depend on your bank/UPI and Cashfree processing rules.

4. Refund Approval Conditions

Refunds, if applicable, are provided only under valid conditions such as:

• Payment successful but registration not generated due to a technical issue (verified by admin).
• Any other refund condition specifically approved by Maharashtra Police.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once an applicant completes the registration process and submits the application, cancellation requests are generally not accepted. The recruitment process may continue based on eligibility and verification.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used (via Cashfree) as per payment gateway/bank timelines.

• Refund time may vary depending on bank, card provider, or UPI wallet.
• The portal is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Raising chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reason may lead to account suspension and may affect future applications.

8. Technical Issues Disclaimer

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, network issues, or Cashfree payment gateway downtime. We shall not be liable for any loss due to such downtime.
